United One Resources provides a variety of courthouse record services to banks, credit unions and mortgage companies.

Sometimes, the research done by our staff can lead to a consumer being denied a loan. If this happens to you, please contact your lender. They will talk about why you were denied a loan and what steps you should take to get a loan. If necessary, we would be happy to have a conference call with you and your lender to discuss the situation. Due to our contractual relationship with our customers, however, we cannot discuss the situation directly with you.
