HUD Closing Services
United One Resources provides closing agent services in
purchase transactions involving properties owned by the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development. We represent HUD as the settlement and closing agent
in the following Pennsylvania counties:

As a consumer, you will deal with United One Resources
during the closing of your new home. We will perform tasks such as the title search,
deed preparation and attending settlement. At your discretion, United One
Resources can also provide title insurance on any transaction involving a HUD-owned
property.
Your closing will be held at a time and place convenient
to you, such as our office, your Realtor®'s office or another title agent's office.
Please bring the following to your closing:

A cashier's check, certified check or money order for the balance of the closing costs.

A picture I.D., such as a driver's license.

Any documents required from your lender, such as an inspection report, homeowner's
insurance paperwork or a recent pay stub.
