Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of
2003 (FACTA), United One Resources acts as a "reseller" of credit reports through
the three national credit reporting agencies. We provide credit reports, risk scores
and tradeline supplements to banks, credit unions and mortgage companies. Sometimes,
the information we provide may lead your mortgage lender to deny your loan.
If you have been denied credit in the past 60 days, you
can obtain a free copy of your credit report by contacting one of the three national
credit reporting agencies at the phone number or website listed below.
Under the provisions of the Fair and Accurate Transactions
Act of 2003, you will be able to obtain a free copy of your credit report once a
year from each of the three national credit reporting agencies. For more information on
