United One Resources is seeking candidates for an on-staff Certified Residential Appraiser to cover Luzerne, Lackawanna, Monroe, Wayne, and Pike counties. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to meet a weekly quota with a commitment to providing exceptional quality and service. Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.
