News: Holiday Hours

Abstract: United One Resources has announced their holiday hours for the upcoming season.

We will be closing our offices at 6pm on Wednesday, December 23rd and will reopen at 8:30am on Monday, December 28th. Our HUD Department hours will remain unchanged on December 24th.

We'd like to wish all a safe and happy holiday season.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
