Abstract: We have recently updated our RES Portal.

We've recently added a few new features that we thought we'd share with you. Here is a list of our recent changes:

• Turnaround Time Reports - You can see a snapshot of your turnaround time on your dashboard after logging in. This will show the average time it took to complete a Current Owner Property Report and/or a flood product in the last seven, thirty, and ninety days. In addition, you can click 'View more details' to obtain a more detailed view of your turnaround time. If you'd like to use the data for your own reports, you can download the data to Microsoft Office Excel.


• Performance and Patches - We have fine tuned the web site to perform much better than it has in the past. You should notice a difference when placing an order and retrieving files. We've also added numerous patches that allow the site to be more fluent.


• Social Networking - If you were unaware up to this point, United One Resources can be found on Facebook and Twitter. Our Facebook fan page is http://tinyurl.com/uorfb and our Twitter handle is myuor.


• Website Feedback and Suggestions - You will notice that on this page and every other page you visit on our ordering system that there is a feedback button on the right-hand side of the screen. By clicking this feedback button, you'll be prompted to submit feedback to our developers. Feel free to submit any suggestions you may have. You'll be able to log back into the site and view the status of the items. You can also contact our offices at anytime to submit suggestions or to check on pre-existing suggestions.
