News: Berks (PA) and Allegheny (PA) Counties Have Updated Recording Fees (1/3/2013)

Abstract: The document recording fees for Berks County and Allegheny County have changed.

Berks County requires a PIN Certification on all documents. The fee is $10.00 per Parcel.

Allegheny County now has a flat fee of $150.00 for all documents across the board (no extra fee for additional pages, names or parcels).
