News: Monroe (PA) County Delays Pin Certification Increase
Abstract: Monroe County has delayed the pin certification increase.

Last month, the Monroe County Recorder's Office had sent a notice stating that, effective Feb 1st, a $10.00 PIN Certification would be required on all documents. The County has since decided to postpone this increase until a later date which has yet to be determined. As soon as we receive an update, we will pass the information on.
