News: Document Recording Fee Increase for all Pennsylvania Counties (7/11/2014)
Abstract: Document Recording Fee Increase for all Pennsylvania Counties (7/11/2014)

Due to the enactment of Act 126 of 2014, there will be a $10.00 increase in the recording fees for all Pennsylvania counties effective July 11, 2014. This increase is reflected in the Recording Fee Schedule included on our website. Although this increase is required to be immediate, certain counties are allowing a grace period. To ensure the accuracy of the recording fees, please contact United One Resources to verify the correct amount prior to submitting your document recording orders.
