Abstract: HUD has changed the manner in which it authorizes officials of its Management & Marketing contractors (Hooks Van Holm, Inc.) to execute routine documents necessary for the sale of single family properties, including special warranty deeds.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
