News: Updated Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form

Abstract: On April 27, 2006 FEMA issued the updated Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF).

Although there has been no change to the format of the form, United One Resources Inc. has implemented the necessary changes to the OMB Number, Expiration Date, Effective Date, and the form title as of May 1, 2006.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
