News: New Jersey Budget Impasse Could Affect Order Turnaround

Abstract: Due to the New Jersey budget impasse, all government offices in New Jersey will be closed.

UPDATE: As of July 8th, the state budget for New Jersey has been passed. All government and state offices should resume normal business hours beginning July 10th, 2006.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
