News: Delay with Pennsylvania UCC Orders

Abstract: The Pennsylvania UCC orders will be delayed until January 11th.

The Pennsylvania Department of State’s UCC Division is currently updating their processing system. The updates should be completed by Friday, January 11th. Until the updates are completed, you will experience a delay in receiving your Pennsylvania State UCC reports. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
