News: Increase in Internet Bandwidth

Abstract: As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience with United One Resources, we have recently increased our Internet connection speeds.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the connection with you. Earlier today, we increased out Internet bandwith by 700% to better accomodate the traffic visiting our website.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
