With a total of 90 closing for May and a total sales price of $3,993,040.00, the average price of a HUD home was $44,367.11.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.
