In an effort to keep the realtor community up to date on what's happening in the HUD home market, United One Resources has included some statistics from the month of June for you review.
With a total of 84 closings for June and a total purchase price of $3,677,557.00, the average price of a HUD home was $43,780.44.

Philadelphia Region
- Total Closings: 29

- Average days to close: 40
Capitol Region

Pittsburgh Region:

Overall, on average it took 41 days to close a HUD transaction in June.
