Our appraisal system includes electronic order entry capabilities or fax transmission.
Each appraiser conforms to our policy of being state-certified and is subject to a
periodic review of credentials, including errors and omissions insurance, and conformance
to both customer and market specifications of work quality and accuracy.
United One Resources also offers a Cascading Automated Valuation Model
product that enables you to get instant valuations on properties around the country. More

Like the entire family of United One Resources' risk management
information services, our courthouse records services can be ordered online through
our login center. Our reports can be delivered to you via our website or via e-mail
with certain courthouse copies delivered via fax. Our technical requirements include
Microsoft Internet Explorer with 128-bit encryption and Adobe Acrobat Reader. High
speed Internet access is preferred, but our systems will also work with a dial-up
connection.

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
