Flood Zone Determinations
United One Resources offers Basic and Life of Loan Flood
Zone Determinations to facilitate home equity, commercial and mortgage lending. Using
a combination of advanced technology and human research, we examine the Federal Emergency
Management Association's (FEMA) most current flood maps and public record information
to provide accurate and timely determinations. This combination provides for the industry's
most accurate determinations, even in the most rural areas of our country.
Unlike other national providers, United One Resources'
focus on personal customer service allows you to easily talk to our staff about determinations
to save you time, money and aggravation. If you or your customer has a dispute with
one of our flood zone determinations, we can discuss it with you using supporting
documents such as legal descriptions, appraisals and surveys. If all else fails, we
can provide guidance on how to request a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) or Letter of
Map Amendment (LOMA) through FEMA.
Like the entire family of United One Resources' risk management
information services, our flood zone determinations can be ordered online through
our login center located on the right hand side of this page. The FEMA flood zone
determination form is delivered to you via our website or e-mail. Our technical
requirements include Microsoft Internet Explorer with 128-bit encryption and Adobe
Acrobat Reader. High speed Internet access is preferred, but our systems will also
work with a dial-up connection.
A member of United One Resources' team would be pleased
to talk with you about this or any of our risk management information services in
more detail. Please contact our office at 800-WE-CLOSE, ext. 2839, or send an e-mail
to info@unitedoneresources.com.
If you are a consumer, please visit our consumer
page for more information on flood zone determinations.
