Q. Can a borrowers FICO score be quickly improved?
A.The answer is yes. United One Resources has the
ability to enact changes to individual borrowers credit files at all three
credit bureaus within 72 hours. These changes can have a significant impact
on the individuals FICO scores. An increased FICO score can open the door
to more loan options and ultimately more closings.

that help the lender close more loans.
We offer the following products for credit decisions:

- Rescore Tools – Creditxpert, Direct access to the three

within 72 hours of submission. The borrower’s credit reports are then
available to be accessed with the changes made and with new FICO
scores.

A. United One Resources has found that we are able to
improve the FICO scores of our clients borrowers in more than 60% of our cases.

Case 1 – Credit scores were 651, 655, and 632. United One Resources was
able to rescore the borrowers credit reports to 707, 722, and 713. This
improvement was the result of updating a revolving credit card balance.
Case 2 – Credit scores were 540, 522, and 536. United One Resources was
able to rescore the borrowers credit reports to 612, 638, and 620. This
