United One Resources' Privacy Notice
As an active participant in the lending community since
1918, United One Resources is concerned about the privacy of the customer and consumer
data we handle during the course of our normal business operations. We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with appropriate federal and state
regulations and to safeguard non-public, personal information. Specifically, United
One Resources has adopted the following guidelines to address these areas of public
concern.

As a reseller of credit reports from Experian, Equifax and Trans Union, United One
Resources is regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act
as well as by relevant State Laws. United One Resources will follow all appropriate
regulations outlined in these acts in dealing with our customers and consumers in
issues related to consumer and commercial credit information. Our customers are required,
as part of their service agreements with us, to provide adequate safeguards against
the improper use of credit reporting information at their locations.

United One Resources does not disclose, either directly or indirectly, to any person,
firm or corporation, information of any kind, nature or description concerning matters
affecting or relating to the business of its clients or consumers unless it is required
as a normal course of business.

During our normal course of business, United One Resources may send personally identifiable
information about consumers to other companies or people when:

We have our customers' or consumers' consent to share information;

We need to share this information with other relevant third parties to provide the
product or service requested;

We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of United One Resources
to provide a product or service to our customers;

We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.

United One Resources software and websites that contain nonpublic information are
password protected and utilize advanced data security measures to ensure the integrity
and safety of our data.

The relevant staff of United One Resources is trained and updated on data privacy
and security measures as a normal business procedure.
United One Resources believes our industry experience,
product knowledge and operating procedures are more than adequate to comply with all

Effective October 3, 2011, the fee for each PIN certification in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania will be $10.00. If a document contains multiple parcels, the cost for each PIN certification shall be $10.00 per PIN certified.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
